Church in the Park . . .

Bring your favorite lawn chair, (you might need a blanket) grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the gentle breeze through the trees, with Buck Creek gurgling in the background, and the morning sunshine. Join your church family gathered together for worship at  Wedgwood Park!

Our Summer Worship Schedule begins, Sunday, June 19, with Church in the Park, @ 8:30 AM, and will run through Labor Day Weekend, Sunday, September 4. Church in the Park is held at Wedgwood Park, Wilson Ave. Sanctuary worship will continue at the regular time of 10:30 AM.

With Church in the Park, we are in need of some “technical” support, We will need to “hire” an accompanist and a sound person. Both are “paid” positions, so if you know of someone who might be interested, please contact the Church Office.

But. . . .it takes more than a sound person, more than an accompanist, and more than the pastor to pull it all together, we need help with coffee makers, greeters/ushers, and maybe even a “music ministry” person or two, so if you’d like to be part of the Church in the Park Team, contact the church office at 538-3070.
