Statement of Faith;
I am convinced that God loves me just as I am and too much to leave me just as I am. By God's grace, I am more devoted and committed to Christ's call to follow him today, than I have been at any point in the past. Similarly, I am less devoted and committed to that call today, than I will be at any point in the future. God has instilled a passion in me to grow daily in love of God and neighbor. That passion is also manifest in a deep desire to guide others in their quest to be faithful persons. If you have a question regarding God's activity in your life or would simply like to share your spiritual journey, please email me at the address above or call 616 538-3070 Ext 101.
Grace and Peace.

Email BillCongratulations on your engagement!. We're glad you're considering having your upcoming wedding here at The Grandville United Methodist Church.
How we do things:
--Please contact the church office to see if the date or dates you are considering are available. This information is also on page 1 of the Wedding information page.
---Next please contact me; the church office will give you my home phone number and email address.
--The pastor will need to be contacted to check his schedule for availability. Please keep in mind the pastor controls his own schedule for weddings. He can be reached through the church office or his page on this website.
--Once you have the ok from the pastor, please contact me again so we can start planning your special day. An information packet will be sent to you from the church with a letter of confirmation, fee schedule, a copy of the church wedding policy, and pre-marriage class information.
Under our way of planning weddings, I will cover the details of your wedding, and the pastor will concentrate on helping you to have a lasting marriage. You will need two sessions with me; one session may be done by phone, and should be taken care of no later than 4 months before your wedding. This first phone meeting is about 30 minutes of questions about your wedding.
Our last session is held at church in the sanctuary about 2 - 3 weeks before the wedding. We set up the sanctuary to look like it will on your wedding day, update all of the detail questions and go over the order of the ceremony to make the rehearsal more orgainized and less stressful for you.
I'm looking forward to working with you.
Thank you.
